”2 huge and very comfortable beds with loads of pillows. The reception and dining staff were all lovely and the food way above our expectations. Our stay was all too short (early flight) but our experience was very good indeed. My one suggestion is to include your excellent little walking map between the airport terminal and the hotel in the booking receipt. It's not that easy to find on a cold dark night”

”Lovely welcome. Room was so much bigger than we thought. VERY comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom with good shower and deep bath, good choice of showering items.
Spa area was good and plenty things to use. Also first time we’ve seen no mobile phone signs up so was nice to chill, loved the heated beds.
Dinner was nice, staff helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good but a little more choice would’ve been better. The poached eggs on toast looked minimal on the big plate.
Only issue no fridge in room...

”This hotel is a unique boutique hotel with excellent service! Even it is outside from the city center, the location is good. There is a train going to city center and the station is quite near. The only small issue was that we had on our visit a spy in the closed. Something which of course should not happen in this kind of hotel, but the hotel took care of it immediately.”

”Second stay here. Yes it is a but dated and needs some updating in places but it is clean with free parking and lovely staff.
The bed was comfy and there was tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is a couple of shops nearby and a Chinese all you can eat buffet restaurant just a few minutes walk away. You can also eat at the hotel.
We caught the train in to see Glasgow one of the days it is only one stop to Glasgow Central Station.
We will definitely stay here again if we return to...
