I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your property. I checked in around 6 PM and immediately reported that the air conditioning in my room was not working. I was assured that someone would be there to fix it within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved for several hours.
By 11 PM, after considerable discomfort, I had to reach out again, and only then was I moved to another room. The delay caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress during what was supposed to be a comfortable stay.
To make matters worse, the property itself is quite old and not well-maintained. The washroom taps were extremely difficult to use, adding further to the unpleasant experience.
Given the unacceptable condition of the room and the lack of timely support, I am requesting a full refund for this stay. This experience did not meet the basic standards of comfort and service I expected.
