”The whole staff was really helpful and also very joyful, which had impact on our family. Our granddaughter was specially taken into account by the staff, which was really nice. Recommend this hotel!”
”My wife and I stayed in a studio flat for 4 nights. The flat was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable and we cooked our breakfasts at the kitchenette. Our hosts were very responsive when we had questions, and we were able to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours, which we appreciated. Our room faced the street, and the traffic could be a bit noisy, with loud exhausts and at times sirens, but we were tired and slept well anyway.

”Nous avons passé un sejour parfait. Le logement se situe à proximité de St Pancras / King's Cross (15 mn à pied). Les lignes de bus juste à côté du logement permettent d'aller très rapidement à l'hypercentre (Trafalgar Square). Le métro (Russel's Square ou Euston Station) n'est pas loin.
Euston Station (pour aller aux studios HP par ses propres moyens) est à 15 mn à pieds.
Le logement est spacieux, très confortable et très bien équipé.

”Teatterimatkalle hyvä sijainti. Minimalistinen aamupala oli pettymys ja hedelmät oli seuraavina päivinä raaempia. Suihkun lattia liukas kastuessaan. Liian kallis kokonaisuus”
”Excellent location, the tube station is a two minute walk from the hotel. Very friendly staff who were very helpful with everything. Breakfast was nice, not super luxorius but nice.”

Moreover the spa is awesome: best steam sauna ever - hot and steamy as it should be! Also the other sauna and pool were great!

Hotellilta oli kävelymatka meille tärkeisiin nähtävyyksiin ja hotellille oli helppo palata takaisin lepäämään. Huoneet olivat siistit, ja ne siistittiin joka päivä. Kylpyhuone oli hyvä, siisti ja erittäin toimiva."

"Location was really good: 2 subway stations and 2 train stations near. Many nice places & restaurants on walking distance.
Beds & pillows were really comfortable.
We had an early arrive and we got the room earlier ehich was nice.
Breakfast was good, wide selection of foods.
Room was quite small. Toilet was a bit hard to flush properly."
"We came at noon. Unfortunately hotel manager have forgotten to introduce the trainee working at the hotel reception. He spoke so quietly that it was hard to understand what she was saying and she had forgotten how to smile. This was not very welcoming.
When we came to pick up our key later, the regular hotel staff were very helpful and we felt welcome. A nice surprise was the wine service in the lobby.
Our room was a normal, small London hotel room. The view was of the wall of the next house, so it was like being in a windowless room. Although we got a disabled room (which we didn't need), the room had some exciting solutions, such as a specially placed toilet seat.
The hotel breakfast was plentiful and a special thank you for the porridge service.
Although there was room for improvement, I can warmly recommend the hotel. Excellent location and nice staff.

"We stayed in the hotel for three nights of which first night in the small and basic standard room and the following two nights in the nice and spacious suite. Hotel’s location was centric next to Covent Garden and it took only few minutes to walk to the nearest metrostation. Service was good and the breakfast also, but they should have been so since the hotel was pricey, the suite app. 700 euros per night."
