”Staff all very friendly. Our food, both our evening meal and breakfast were both lovely. The one downside for me was that even though we had a late check out at 12, my husband had gone on to work and at 10:30am my door was opened by a man who announced he was there to do housekeeping. ”Staff were rude when checking in, the rooms hadn’t been cleaned. There were ants all over the desk in one room, and rubbish on the floor. I don’t know if they are also long leasing out rooms, but some other ‘tenants’ were noisy until around 1am running up and down corridors and shouting. ”

”Continental breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. The rooms are a bit outdated, stayed in a double room on the ground floor. And they do need to dust the furniture in the room. Bathroom was modern looking and clean like it had a refurbishment. Staying on the ground floor was a bit noisy at times with doors closing etc and hearing the bar and staff entrance door opening and closing. Overall good values for money and nice to have Co-op and Tesco nearby. Plus the Italian restaurant...

”There is no air conditioning. There were rats making sound biting through some board. There was loud noises of people running as I was given a room in the basement. Hardly used for 10 hours after booking the place for 2 days and no one would bother about the issue when raised. Only convenience is it's close to the train station and place of my work ”
