”Hotel was situated in perfect location, just few metres from the docks and most popular streets. But keep in mind Key West is place where people go party and drink a lot, so Duval street is very annoying place in the evening. Our room was very tiny and the carpet was wet in front of the bathroom when we arrived, and I understand it's a high-season but I would never again pay such high prices for that kind of room. For bigger family rooms price could have been ok. Good that they fixed the carpet...

”We had the best time staying at Ken's property! The property and studio were extremely clean, just what we were looking for. Ken was warm and welcoming, very responsive. Ken even provided a list of recommendations that were top notch. The location to Duval Street and the rest of KW along with the bikes made everything so easy! It was perfect to bike around and then come back to the property and jump in the pool! Highly recommend this property or any of Ken's properties! We will be back! Thank...

”The trip started with a courtesy shuttle from the airport. It was on time and a very nice vehicle, very clean. The location of the residence is awesome!!! Half a blovk off Fuval St. and right beside a coffee shop. The residence was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was wonderful. There was a courtesy shuttle back to the airport at yhe end of our trip as well. All in all, this was one of the best place we have stayed. ”

"We had reservation for five people, still in the room there was made beds only for four people. Even there was sofa in the livingroom, that could he opened for sleeping. We had to ask for more sheet`s also so we could make the beb for five by out selostaa. And still we didn`t get the pillowcase, even i did call again about it in the reseption. The room`s floor was dirty and sticky. Water didin`t work properly in the sink. There was napkins in the swimming pool. We were disapointed about the hotel and it was expensive. The hotel needs to have a renorvation and update the rooms. Luckily we were there only for one night."
