”Communication with the host was awful. Just a couple of examples; 18 hours to respond when communicating about check in. The refrigerator was not cooling and beeping every 60 seconds and all night long. We reached out to the host and his response was “that’s strange”. His repair was to message 2 days later “is it still beeping”. This was after we were told by Vrbo that he was sending someone to fix it. Needless to say it was never fixed.”

”Perfect little unit for our week long soccer stay. I had the ability to wash uniforms daily and the unit was super clean and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the hose was excellent. I would definitely book again!”

”Beautiful, brand new studio apartment that looks exactly like the photos. The complex, Village at Montclair, is also impressive: it's newly built, upscale, and includes a pool, gym, lounges, and nicely designed outdoor spaces. The unit was quiet. The host was responsive by message and kindly offered early check in. The location worked well for us, about a 30 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to Claremont.Unfortunately, the check in process was frustrating. The address provided on the VRBO app led...

”Very new, clean, fitness area and very large/nice community/club room that seemed hardly used. In room laundry was nice. Had issues checking, though to be fair that was probably mostly my fault. The check in instructions were 100% accurate - just a little confusing for me. Got help on the phone, but my phone kept dying, so that made it harder. ”

”Slightly complicated to find with a few different codes to navigate. Pool & jacuzzi have SO much chlorine we couldn’t stay in long… but definitely not the hosts fault. No pool towels included. Other than that it is clean, cute, and perfect for a brief stay.”
