”The photos on expedia looked way better than the actual room we had...I think expedia photos are AI enhanced. Very outdated property and room. Looked like it had not been remodeled since the 70s. Like a bad motel 6. Would not stay here again.”

”Motel manager Rosa was super friendly. Room was clean. The ice machine was out though and there was a light that was on a sensor above the window that could not turn off. The housekeeper was super helpful and suggested to put tape over the button.”

”In the last few Month's i have rented rooms here quite a bit. The Hotel is okay but one Front Desk Clerk lately has been quite rude and unprofessional in that all of a sudden with my past two rentals he started demanding a $100.00 deposit that was never asked for the several times before i rented a room and he demands it in a most unfriendly and hostile way which for a business that is suppose to be Hospitable he make's you feel anything but welcome. The only reason i pick this Hotel is because...

”The kitchen had nothing to cook with in it, no pots, pans, plates, utensils, nothing. The room was not clean and I had a cockroach walking up the wall in my bathroom. The bed was just a glorified spring tensioned cot, with a queen sized mattress on it.”

”I’m not sure why the yelp and Google ratings were so high. I thought it was a good deal for the price and the inside of the room looked good but the AC unit had a funky smell and the shower pressure was like literally just drip drip drip, and there was a light in the bathroom that wouldn’t turn off, but besides that it was great.”

”No there were roaches everywhere, and we asked for a non smoking room and it smelled like smoke. ”

”Property under construction, only had one working dryer and people had to wait to wash and dry clothes. Had to pay $15 / day parking to park at hotel but got two days waived by downloading IHG app. The employees were very helpful and nice. The area wasn’t to bad to stay at.”

”The manager was amazing and so was Daya but the others were awful. The 2nd night we were there the emergency alarm went off and we went down 13 flights of stairs with 2 children to find out the system was broken and they were "trying" to fix it. There was no notifications, no one apologizing nothing. Went off 6 more times in a 2 day period. No idea if there would ever be a real emergency. Plus woke us up twice with small children. Like i said manager is great but everything else was a...
