”Hotels.com said that Wi-Fi is free. They charged it anyway. In reception they only said that the hotels.com reservation gives wrong info. Who can we trust? It is not very good for the customer if you buy something and then hotel says that’s not correct. Hotel was ok, parkywas easy but $40 per night. Noise was not as bad as someone said here before and it comes from the highway behind the hotel. ”

”The staff were very helpful - answered question. I checked in a day early, didn't have to move to another room. The only thing I found questionable was that the continental breakfast wasn't free and the choices were limited. I had coffee and a danish and yogurt for $18. Was not displeased with that.”

”Very clean hotel with a great lounge area with a full bar and dining area. The food was delicious. There is an outside seating area with a fire table and heaters. My only complaint is that the blankets on the beds were small so difficult for two people to share. Otherwise it was a great stay. There is also a Ruth's Chris steakhouse on premises and a Chipotle in the same parking lot.”

"The best thing is definitely the location right next to Time Square. Otherwise the hotel is pretty basic for a 4 star hotel and based on my previous experiences in New York, I was expecting more. I was a bit disappointed that the free breakfast means grab-and-go croissant, yoghurt and juice. When paid extra 6,5$ per person, we could sit down and have one thing from the list. The room was a bit old and not the cleaniest, but the bed was very comfortable and the staff mostly nice. "
