”This was the worse experience I have ever had using Expedia or any other private hosting service. NYPD had to be called to rescue us from our room after a fight between the owner and her son broke out in the living room. The police supervisor advised us that this location is a know narcotic drug spot and advised against any future stay. We left immediately and were fortunate to find other last minute accommodations.”

”ここは好みが分かれそうです。場所は文字通りダウンタウンにある家で、安いのて選びました。 部屋はベッドにテレビ、小さなテーブルも1つあり、バスタオル付です。 シャワーとトイレ、キッチンは共用で、片付いています。 が、まず空調は冷房だけで冬は毛布が置いてあるだけです。またWifiはドアに書いてあるものと違うのを使っています。私が一番困ったのは、管理人が正面玄関を開ける形にしているので、自由には出入りし難いことと、部屋には内鍵しかないため、自分がシャワー等を浴びたりしている間のセキュリティが心配になる事でした。 つまり安いなりのリスクがある、ということを自覚して行くと良いでしょう。”

”Our stay was fine. We felt safe and it was as advertised. The room was clean and perfect for our stay. One of the only complaints we had is that it was very cold in our room compared to the rest of the building. The people above us were also very loud late into the night and early morning. Otherwise, a pleasant stay. thank you! ”

”A casa é muito boa Só alguns problemas na cozinha mas é normal lugar bem localizado perto das igrejas onde eu estava indo perto do centro tem linhas de ônibus para Nova York recomendo bastante para quem vai sozinho ou vai num grupo de mais ou menos umas três pessoas tem quatro quartos para aproveitar então tem muita opção quem for lá e quiser alugar compensa”

”The house and room were filthy. The owner was rude and could care less that the images in the description are a misrepresentation of what the conditions actually were. The toilet didn’t work and there was trash on the floor and she said that I’d have to “deal with it” because of the low price. ”

”Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. ”
