”The cards to our room didn’t work when we got to our room, called and employee came his card wouldn’t work either he said the door lock battery must’ve died. He went and got new keys and new room. The cards worked the first day, second day we had to have the keys re done because none would open our door again. The room was clean but the floors outside of elevators looked like something that been spilled and was left for several days didn’t get cleaned. There were no towels on the clean towel...

”Everything was great and as expected with this particular franchise choice. I can often count on Fairfields to be nice regardless of where they are in the country. My only request, and this is not a slam, nor a negative comment in any way, is that they add vanilla creamer. Normally hotel chains have this option and this one did not for whatever reason. It's just one of the small things I enjoy and look forward to on trips. I highly recommend this chain and l9carion for your stay.”

”Property is old and run down. The room 122 we had was not cleaned properly. The sheets were not fresh. The room had a musty odor. The bathtub faucet didn’t work.
On the flip side, Gargi from the front desk provided great support. The breakfast was decent. Overall this doesn’t look and feel like a Wyndham property at all.”

Courteous staff, easy check-in/-out, spacious and comfortable lobby lounge area, the bar service and selection was great, clean and cozy room, fair price, convenient location, safe area of town - the works. Looking forward to a future weekend excursion at Aloft.”
