”I cannot express how disappointed we were with Live Aqua Punta Cana. For a resort claiming to offer a luxurious five-star experience, the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. The staff seemed miserable, unfriendly, and downright rude. At EVERY restaurant, our orders were constantly wrong, and employees acted annoyed whenever we asked for anything. It honestly felt like nobody wanted to do their job. On top of that, the staff seemed more interested in getting tips and extra money than actually...

”People at the aparta hotel was super nice, price was super affordable, costumer service always there no matter at what time you try to go to their office within the building they always help you, their recommendations and their aid during excursions was also very very helpful, compared to all the other places around Punta Cana I wanna say this aparta hotel, was comfortable AC was awesome, cleanliness always on the spot, we are a noisy couple always with music on and we talk loud and dance and we...

”It’s a little paradise, perfect for small groups of few families as a private resort! Food was exceptional!”

”What would i like to say about our week in TRS The hotel, or actually the resort area including 5 hotels is really huge. We haven’t previously stayed in this kind of concept. As an experience it was nice, would we do it again? Maybe not. Our hotel was adults-only. However, the entire resort area was also open to us. The area itself was absolutely beautiful and easy to get around. If the distance was longer, or even during a rain showers, golf carts would take you where you needed to go. All...

”We had an AMAZING time! The property’s manager/main bartender made our time there extraordinary! He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! His staff/helper bartenders were great too, and Chefs made us some amazing authentic Dominican experience type food and drinks!!! We made...

”I've stayed here twice before and enjoyed myself however, this third trip was different. The food wasn't as tasteful as I remembered and they still have limited meat options at breakfast for those that don't eat pork. The worse part of the trip was the construction. There's active construction happening next door, they work 7 days a week, a lot of banging and noise. Not quiet and they start at 8am exactly and continue until 6-7pm. Although this is temporary it made the stay less relaxing and...
