"On entering the hotel we immediately noticed the unkempt borders and dirty glass on the doors. The courtyard, which could have been lovely, was overgrown with weeds and dirty benches. Charged for the car park which was a rough piece of land! The room was very tired with missing handles on drawers, ..."

..hotel now looking a bit old and tired

nice to sit outside around the decking overlooking the lake with a nice meal

.the problem with that was two local rats looking for scraps
..but what can you do it’s a countryside hotel 

still a nice place to stay and ..."
