”First room we had had a significant water leak. Got moved to Another room that had burn marks on the blankets. Dried blood on the bathroom door. Dried blood on the wall near the table. Exhaust fan did not work properly. Coffee maker was in non-working order. ”

”The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. ”

The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. ”Breakfast was very sub par not hot or fresh. Beds had a lot of staining. Ac took awhile to get room cold. When asked for a fan was told there weren’t any. ”

”Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring. ”Great room for me, my daughter and three grands. Accommodations were perfect and the kids enjoyed the pool!”

”This is a motel - which I love when traveling with a dog. Great deal for the price. A bit worn, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basically coffee (which was good) and prepackaged muffins. I’d stay here again.”
