Hi, We are very sorry to hear that your room was not up to the standard you expected. Pandora Resort has been undergoing some redecorating and refurbishing during this low season and all the rooms have been/will be freshly painted ready for the high season. We do not provide hand wipes or hand soap but do supply shower gel and shampoo along with cotton buds and clean towels daily. Ample space is provided for the customers own toiletries on the vanity unit. It is common practice all over Thailand to not put paper in the toilet . Our 2 pools do not have sea water in them but are the more popular, kinder to skin salt water pools. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us.

I'm sorry you were not happy with your room at Pandora. There is no complimentary tea or coffee left in the rooms but if you had asked at the bar the staff would have accommodated you with either a teabag or a coffee sachet. 2 bottles of water per day are put in each roo so I'm very sorry you didn't receive yours. Again the barstaff would have dealt with this. I apologise for your rooms not being ready also and if they were still dirty from the previous guests then a word with reception again would have dealt with the problem.
