”The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! Neighbors who live around the compound permanently were SO WONDERFUL ‼‼ I could live there permanently with these people who were TRUE Jersey Shore gems‼‼‼i have ALWAYS LOVED the Highlands, and being RIGHT ON THE WATER in this family owned...

”This is a great place for two people for a short stay in Asbury Park. Super cute, super clean, sweet comfort offerings (ie slippers, robes, etc). Owners very kind and helpful. Highly recommend. ”

”Owners were friendly and hospitable. Loved sitting on the comfortable porch. The neighborhood was quiet. The cottage was clean and anything you needed was found in the kitchen. I was aiming for a very relaxing vacation and it was achieved.”

”Four senior men (in our sixties) men spent 4 nights We were on a group tennis trip and played tennis 3 strait days. House was very comfortable and clean Can only park two cars which was fine for us. Very easy to get to the SeaBright/Rumson area as well as highlands. Restaurants were close. Very easy to communicate with the owners. ”

”The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family. ”

”Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space.”

”While surprisingly far away from Asbury Park, location turned out great for departure Tuesday morning. Best feature was three bedrooms, so couple could have one room, and each teen could have another. Also great: two bathrooms. Not air conditioned, but fans adequate this late in season, plus close to ocean. Was hard to figure out parking. Having ginger ale as well as water in fridge a nice touch. But no pillow cases on pillows, just shams. Even after we called to inquire, the "welcomer" said he...

”Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place...
