”This hotel is conveniently located off I55 and close and an easy drive to the city of Chicago for any events and sites you are interested in. Burr Ridge is a cute town with a walkable Village Center. We stay here whenever in the area. Breakfast is nice too.”
”The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hot tub was a great addition to the room. It was a smoking room we were booked in, but the staff were very helpful in providing a liquid spray to get rid of any smoking odors in the room since we were non-smokers. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the amenities provided in the room. My only suggestion would be to include a coffee maker in the room. ”
”We were overbooked at another hotel due to an event in the city, even though we booked well in advance. We were able to get reservations in the middle of the night and were then able to get an early check in. The staff were very friendly, empathetic and understanding. They were able to accommodate us and were very sorry for the situation that we had at another hotel. ”Eines des besten Hotels auf meinem Roadtrip: Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal, großes, top ausgestattetes und sauberes Zimmer und ein für US-Verhältnisse gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Auch ein Problem mit Klimaanlage und Mikrowelle wurde schnell und probmelos behoben. Top Hotel, welches ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen kann.”
