”Be aware of all the fees!! There is $30 property fee + $25 parking fee! What the heck? Last week, I stayed at a hotel in NYC and it was $25 parking fee. There is also a humid smell in the room. I was going to give a one-star rating. Now I am giving them 3. The extra 2 stars are earned by the breakfast staff. They were quick to restock the food and clean the tables. They were attentive to guests’ needs. Great work shouldn’t go unnoticed. Kudos to them. Next time I will stay at rehoboth beach area...

”Everyone on staff was delightful - happy and helpful. Always working. The property is very clean, with the exception of an overfilled dumpster from remodeling. Nice hanging hammock chairs right near the bay, some Adirondack chairs (could have used a few more). Close to many options for dining and not too far from the beach. Parking is quite expensive in the area. There's a fridge, coffee maker, a microwave and 2 burner stove. 4 plates, 3 bowls, 1 spoon, no forks, no pans. Small things. ...

”We could see the ocean and people coming and going to the beach. Only walk-up but dumb waiter for luggage. Simple beach place to stay.”

”The room was clean and comfortable. The ocean view was unobstructed. Loved the double sink. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. Loved the location! I highly recommend thos hotel!”

”Location was perfect...park your car and walk to everything. Our room was in a very quiet part of the property. Never heard anyone above us etc. The room needed a little updating. Sofa was very tired. Wish the rooms had a coffee maker but understand that would be taking away from the on-site coffee shop. Overall was a very enjoyable getaway.”

”We were surprised to find crumbs on the floor. in the bedroom! There were some type of flies coming out of the sink until we shoved rag in it! During the night the flies were on the pillow in the bed! Very disappointed that the Clerk that checked us in never gave us the 15% Moose Lodge discount! Cleaning staff was attentive and provided us with extra T Paper when asked and then asked if we needed anything else! My husband was disappointed that the breakfast didn't change up at all...

”I have never seen a harder worker than Norma. She is a hustler who does her job and then some, both polite and courteous. She has to be the best employee. I have ambivalent feelings about check in. Our room was nice. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. We only ate once in the breakfast room. Check out was easy.”
