”Hotel staff was pleasant. I booked the jacuzzi tub suite. The tub is just a normal size if not even shorter than normal but extra deep with jacuzzi jets. It only fits one person and you can’t lay in it. Not worth the extra money. There is a train that runs at night from about 3 to 4 AM and honks a horn the entire time. And overall, I would say the rooms don’t have any soundproofing. I was on the second floor and I could hear people loudly all night long. The casino is pretty much all smoking and...

”I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and had a good stay. The room was older, and okay, and mostly clean. The shower could use a good deep cleaning in the corners, but other than that no complaints. The hotel staff at all levels was the best I have seen in many years. Every staff member was professional and genuinely happy and helpful. It was very nice to see a welcoming greeting when I arrived and during my stay. A+ for all of the staff. Don't let any of them go. ”

”The room was so dirty, the floor was covered in hair and dirt, the fan was broken and covered in dirt. We booked this motel for 2 separate nights book-ending a long road trip and we already cancelled the 2nd stay as it was a terrible experience. ”

”Everything was great until we tried the tv, they offer streaming but when we tried to cast our programs, there was no internet service. Thus we were unable to watch what we wanted and the number of other channels available was very limited. We were not happy about it.”

”Room spacious with fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, there was only one near the sink in the kitchen area. Would be nice if there was a kettle to make tea in the room as the coffee machines are not adequately cleaned to make tea. Staff seemed friendly”
