Great stay but could do better.
"Family room size and facilities were fantastic but spoilt by poor signal on TV, very tired/marked carpets, and hotel in general was too warm. Pool was great. Bar/Restaurant was good and staff friendly but drinks service was very slow and not worth the service charge added to the bill."

"The buildings are unique, and so is the hospitality. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are well trained, professional yet friendly. The food choice and quality is outstanding. We would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Lumley Castle Hotel!!"
