”We had the nicest time at Good Vibes Only. It felt clean, comfortable, well maintained, and safe. It also was one of best stocked homes that we’ve ever stayed it. We ran into one tiny hiccup during our stay and the responsiveness to it honestly exceeded what I thought would be possible, especially on an island timeline. We’d like to applaud Ryan and Roxy on being stellar hosts- thank you again! ”

”We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. Overall, the check-in process was outstanding, the view was amazing and property itself was nice. Also, if you rent a jeep parking is very limited. I would suggest each unit should have its own...

”This property was excellent especially for us a family of 4 with teenage kids. The space was great and the location was easy enough to get to. The amenities were excellent, from a fully outfitted kitchen to great beach resources such as chairs, cooler & snorkel equipment. ”

The location was perfect- 5 minutes to groceries and several beach options, plus walking distance to resort amenities like great restaurants when we got sick of driving. The villa itself has amazing views, comfortable bed, and is furnished with everything we needed. Really appreciated the access to beach chairs and a cooler to borrow as well! ”

Be advised that although the villa sleeps 14, you will be charged 100 per day for each person after 12. We had to adjust our group size after we were informed. Transportation is available although the vehicle seats only 4. It is advised to rent a vehicle for your group.”

”Wow! What a terrific place! We selected the Villa Capiz based on the view, and it did not disappoint! The view of Great Cruz Bay and the surrounding area was amazing. Right from the beginning of our reservation, the owner Debbie and the Property Managers Robyn and Aaron were very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The villa was very clean when we arrived, and Robyn/Aaron made sure to show us where everything was and how everything worked (i.e., hot tub, pool). The beds were...
