Regine – Sellettan hiihtohissi: Opastetut kierrokset ja aktiviteetit

We loved our stay at Ville sull’Arno. Staff was really helpful and friendly. In general the hotel was clean and our room was tidied up every day. The location is 30 minutes walk away from the city centre which didn’t bother us too much. Only improvement we would’ve wished was the service by the pool. Many days we had to go away from the pool area to find a staff member to get service. For a 5 star hotel you could assume to get service efficiently by the pool.

Staff lovely, chatty, smiley, helpful. Food good if a little limited evening choice if staying more than a few nights (but so many other retaurants around) Bathroom great hot water but decor could be sharper - bit tatty in couple of places. Superior room as the picture, comfy bed and pillows. Trouble with mosquitos which could have been living in the aircon vents (take a swatter and anti bite - may just be a bad year) Good quiet area away from centre but easily walkable, tram very close. It has a bright, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.
