”Mitt første opphold på dette hotellet var over ett år siden. Har siden hatt 4 reiser til Libanon og sørger alltid i forkant at det er ledig rom på dette hotellet da jeg alltid stortrives her. Det er veldig sentralt og kort vei til flere fine atraksjoner. Selve hotellet er veldig profosjonelt drevet og jeg har ikke til nå hatt noen ting å være misførnøyd med. Viktigst av alt er at personalt og dagligleder sørger alltid for å umiddelbart rette opp i alle ting som skulle oppstå som kunder ønsker...

” Reception, the receptionists are more interested in their mobile phones than greeting the clients. Some of them are outside smoking and there is no one in the reception. Elevators, all food etc. are transported with clientes and that’s why the elevators smells bad. Room cards/gym cards , never endless story. If the card is functioning on your door it is not working anymore in the gym and vice versa. Breakfast, the restaurant is dark and sad. People are smoking there and also the...

Room was clean and nice but there isn't anything special. Location of the hotel is good if you are into Hamra. We like traveling after good food and we didn't find that many restaurants that we like close to this hotel. Also if you are into shopping they is some stores in Hamra but you can find better shopping elsewhere. We will...

”Excellent location, near everything. Hotel new, modern. Cleaning 3+. Good idea would be to have one chair in the room and also some small stand or at least few hooks in the bahtroom. Chairs in the balcony would also be nice. Service was nice, polite, no complains. Next time I can consider the same place.”

”This is very average 3-star hotel to me: clean but very old and old-fashioned, very average breakfast and pool was closed. I felt safe here and service was kind in the reseption, due to old fashioned atmosphere and bit poor breakfast I do not think this is good value for the money. ”
