”Check in was fast and the staff was friendly. Loved that hey had Dove products in the shower and bathroom sink. Beds were really comfortable as well. Pool and jacuzzi were great! not too cold and kids enjoyed it, and its open until 11pm. Would stay here again, main reason for choosing this hotel was that it was newer and close to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Wal-Mart and food such as Old Chicago.”

”Paid premium price for a disappointing view of a roof. Was also charged $26 for “self parking”. Will not return”

”Check in was a breeze. The guy working at the front was very kind. The room was very clean and super quiet, which made for excellent sleep. Location was in a pretty central location to what we were there for. The breakfast options were fairly wide. I was happy to see eggs there every morning. The sausage and chicken patties were really good too. The coffee was just ok but I am really picky. We had such a great stay that I would 100% stay here again and book other Home2 Suites rooms!”

”Breakfast was terrible and the room wasnt reasy on time. They scanned our credit card 3 times also. ”

”Staff was excellent, rooms were very nice, food was delicious, great coffee and bar area. Great place we thought. Parking lot people need a Xanax or a cup of patience. In the time it took to walk in, check in, walk to the room, there was a Ticket/Not-Ticket left on the windshield as a reminder to pay. Nice gesture, maybe wait more than ten minutes?”

”The location was great for all the things we wanted to do. Breakfast was good and the coffee machine made for the best options.”

”When we arrived at the hotel, there was a sign on the door that there was not an elevator. When I asked to be placed on the 1st floor due to my illness they said they had no room available and that I had booked with Expedia, therefore I was placed on the second floor. My oxygen levels were very low and we had to leave our suit cases in the car and walk up to the room with our clothes for the next day and toiletries. I was very upset, and when I expressed my concern that why I was not informed...

”Great historic building in the heart of Colorado Springs. Extra large rooms provided lots of space to spread out in. Excellent food options.”

”コンピューターがダウンしていてチェックインに時間がかかった。タクシーか必要だったがホテルのポリシーで呼ぶ事ができないとタクシー会社の名刺をわたし自分で連絡してくれといわれた。周りにレストランもないのにホテルにはバーしか無く提供できる食事はピザ、サンドイッチ、サラダぐらいです。周辺にレストランがあればいいのですが周りに何も無ければ、ホテル内に食事を提供するレストランがほしい。”
