”I'm not sure how to review this place because no one ever got there. I missed my flight, but a fried was supposed to stay there. I didn't originally get the check-in information, so I reached out to the host and was quickly given an address with a couple instructions. I forwarded this information to my friend. "What would i like to say about our week in TRS The hotel, or actually the resort area including 5 hotels is really huge. We haven’t previously stayed in this kind of concept. As an experience it was nice, would we do it again? Maybe not. Our hotel was adults-only. However, the entire resort area was also open to us. The area itself was absolutely beautiful and easy to get around. If the distance was longer, or even during a rain showers, golf carts would take you where you needed to go. All services are available. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Housekeeping and everything related to that was in good. But for the love of God, please do something about the beds! It is absolutely impossible to sleep as a couple, when one person turns over, the other wakes up to some serious creaking! 😅 Your guests are on vacation, so good sleep is very important. The hotel’s beach area in Bávaro was absolutely stunning. The pool area as well, but we are more beach people. Service at the hotel was most of the time first-class and fast. The bars and drinks were also good. Beach bar @Helios and Stephanie, thank you for your help and service. Food-wise, we found things a bit strange and not at all consistent. Since this was an adults-only hotel, there were a few restaurant options for breakfast and lunch, and dinners were practically entirely dependent on so-called specialty restaurants. Reservations for the restaurants are made by the butlers. The idea is surely good, probably mea"

Henkilökunta paikoin ystävällistä, mutta tippirahaa kannattaa varata mukaan paremman palvelun takaamiseksi... Oma concierge aivan huippu, meillä loistava Derlin joka auttoi aivan kaikessa! "
