”We loved our stay here for our family of 5. So much space and such a wonderful property. Every bit as nice as it looks online. Loved the balcony. Absolutely can't beat the location. We will definitely stay here again.”

”We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

”We really needed a three bedroom condo so this didn’t work well for us. The teens took over the “living room” with the great view of the bay and the balcony.The location is great. We appreciated parking for two cars. However, the unit is very tired. The water pressure in the showers is very low and there was a light out in the shower. We probably could have called and gotten it fixed but we were busy doing other things. I wouldn’t stay in that unit again.”

”This property is perfect for a visit to Newport. The upstairs includes a bedroom (king bed), full bathroom and loft (with couch). The downstairs has two bedrooms (each with a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, kitchen (just needs a teapot), dining room and living room. Everything was clean. Included parking was close by. Everything was very well managed. Can walk to essentially all Newport has to offer.”

”We had an amazing time staying with Monique and Matthew! The place is so cute and in a wonderful location that is an easy walk into downtown Newport! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony off the bedroom with our morning cup of coffee and our pups. Can't wait to get back! ”
