Kalithea Breeze Luxury Villa

Kallithea Breeze Villa is a luxury, gated, semi detached villa with
ozonized swimming pool, set near Koskinou village, only 7kmfrom the city of
Rhodes.Surrounded by a beautiful private little forest with pine trees and
cypresses, in a peaceful and safe location, only an 8 minute drive away from
the nearest beach.The villa is conveniently accommodates up to 8 persons. All
facilities (pool,jacuzzi,forest, barbecue ect.)are in our guests exclusive use.
Kalithea Breeze Villa has three double
bedrooms with double beds and ensuite bathrooms on two of them , All rooms have TV sets with satellite, air
conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price) Additionally in the living area tthere are 2
single sofa beds. Theres a fully equipped kitchen accompanied by the dining
area. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge / freezer
with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster,
grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking
utensils and glassware. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing
board.Theres free wifi access throughout the property. The spacious villa (
size 350sq.m.) is luxuriously furnished to the highest standards and has a
private swimming pool, a patio, a gazebo with built Barbecue, wide verandas and
terraces. There is free private parking area and an organized picnic area under
the pine trees. Also, theres a pool table for fun moments with your loved ones
as well as fitness equipment. For your information, the
owner lives in the same building and has a different entrance.
Koskinou is a great base that offers you the opportunity to explore the beautiful island of Rhodes, with so many beaches, lively beach bars and restaurants, as well as more remote and peaceful areas. The nearest beaches are less than 10-minutes drive away, and are perfect for families and friends. We recommend a visit to nearby Kallithea Springs, a restored Spa dating back to the Italian Occupation, which is found less than 10 minutes drive away. The airport of the island is only about 20 minutes drive away. Rhodes Old Town is within easy reach, about 15-minutes drive, it is the oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe, full of History, but full of life! Anthony Quinn beach, which is quite popular for its emerald waters, is also about 15 minutes away. Last but not least, you should visit Lindos. About 45 minutes drive away, it is the most exquisite and picturesque archaeological site of Rhodes, with its typical white houses and narrow streets set out below the ancient Acropolis. It also boasts some of the most idyllic beaches, such as Saint Pauls Bay. Not to be missed!
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
