Terra Magna Alba Villa, located on the left side, comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The villa features three bedrooms--two on the first floor with double beds and ensuite bathrooms with showers, and one on the ground floor with two single beds that can be combined into a double. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and convenient. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, a gas BBQ, and a spacious outdoor dining area with comfortable furniture--perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Just a short walk from the sea, Terra Magna Alba Villa offers a peaceful and stylish retreat, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and convenience in beautiful Kiotari.
Terra Magna Villas are perfectly situated in Kiotari, just steps away (about 150 meters) from the beach, offering easy access to the sea. The nearest restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, while the closest supermarket is approximately 1.7 km away. A pharmacy is also nearby, around 2 km from the villas. Lindos Village, known for its ancient Acropolis and charming streets, is about 12 km away. Rhodes International Airport (RHO) is roughly 50 km from Kiotari, and the vibrant center of Rhodes town, including the UNESCO-listed Old Town, is around 55 km away, ideal for day trips.
Please note that the accommodation (climate) tax per overnight stay is as follows:
o From 01/04 to 31/10: 15EUR per night
o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night
