Villa Eleonas with pool, stylish and homely-close to the beach

Eleonas is a large and spacious house set within a large garden area with fruit trees and grape vines etc. There is a swimming pool to cool off in the summer and lots of places to lie or sit while relaxing on your holiday. Looking west in the evening you will see the most amazing sunsets and maybe grab some great photos.
The house is a big property in a large piece of land with a swimming pool. This house was our family home and now we have decided that it's time to let someone else enjoy the home and area where we were raised. The house has four bedrooms- three are doubles and the fourth is a twin with a bunk bed- all spacious with access to a wrap around balcony.

The large, open plan living room, dining room and kitchen make this a warm, inviting social house. There are plenty of cosy sofas and a large dining table that can seat ten comfortably.

The house has balconies, so if you wish to take your morning coffee and look across the beautiful turqouise seas then you are able to.

The pool is super, lots of sun loungers, comfy sofas and dining table outside, under the shade, a dedicated bbq area and outside shower.

It's also close to the kite and windsurfing beaches and schools. In fact you can see them surfing from the rear balcony.



Please note: From around the 4-6 August each year there is a traditional local, village celebration close to the property, on theatre grounds behind the back gardens. This will be held for 2-3 days during the evenings, from 16:00-01:00 in the morning. It includes a fair with merry go-round and children's attractions, live music and lots of things to do and be seen. If this isn't your cup of tea and you only want absolute peace and quiet during your stay, then we advise you to avoid renting the villa during this period. If you are however, able to see this as a nice opportunity to experience village celebrations and add enjoyment to your holiday, then please be welcome. In addition to the dates listed for this event, it is also worth noting that it takes one day to set up and one to tidy up.
The house is on the high way, so it is easy to reach.
The guests to our house have full access to all of the property and we urge you to enjoy it.

Twice - three times a week there will be the pool cleaner on set times, please request his days and hours. If you want extra cleaning, please request this in advance.

We can also help you with a hire car if you so wish. We can connect you with local car hire firm which are family run and offer a great service. We would always prefer to work with local greek companies and help local economy.
