”11pm late check in staff left a key in a safe which was great but when we got to the room the door was actually ajar which is worrying when the rooms are accessed from outside and the car park is a car charging area with random people turning up all night. On the face of it clean and modern but very quickly you ca see the neglect. Bathroom very mouldy, broken internal window pane with sharp glass uncovered. The room was a first floor room accessed from a walkway to all the first floor rooms and...

”I have stayed at Inglewood Manor many times. The grounds are spectacular and a true "heaven" after a hard day’s work. Rooms are outstanding and clean with firm mattresses that are just right for me. WiFi was OK. However, service this stay was a let down. At check-in, there was an issue with my Expedia VIP voucher. I find it frustrating that Expedia advertises these if the hotel doesn't honor them. I got frustrated because of the principle of being promised something. The staff member eventually...

”The bathroom had mold. The ceiling tiles are broken. The room really needs a refurb. The main door is broken and sometimes doesn't open or opens very slowly. I've stayed at much better maintained premier inns in the past so this was a huge disappointment.”

”Staff so friendly and helpful. Found room quite warm in the day but in evening was able to open windows fully to get some air in (stayed in April). I imagine would be very hot in summer even with fan provided in room. Walls are very thin, not a problem for me as thankfully my neighbours were quiet but I know other people were not so lucky. Was able to do me a vegan breakfast in the morning which I was happy with. I would stay again if I was in the area and needed a good value place to stay. ”

”Generally the rooms are to a high standard. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff really friendly. Easy car parking. Only quibble is that we tried to book another 2 day stay, the system didn’t allow this - wanted 3 or more: this may vary with time of year.”
