”Don't stay here everything was dirty every last towel had something on it no toilet paper in room the door had an inch crack between the door and door jam causing the room to be freezing through out the entire night”

”This hotel was close to my daughter's house in Farmingdale. The property is not fancy but was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept great. There is a small kitchen with a cook top and microwave. There was a full size refrigerator. Breakfast was a granola bar and water.”

”Free breakfast is only for 1 guest. When booking hotel that was not clear. Other hotels do not do this. Was very disappointed about this.”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel. Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel. We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation. Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”
