Staff very attentive, everything was 1st class and as for Peter Smith he played a blinder!

”Great central location. Beautiful clean room with friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay here and in Richmond.
The only downside for me were the very unfriendly signs warning customers about their behaviour.”

”The room was nice & clean , a bonus was the air conditioning as it was hot weather . We also ate evening meal there which was ok , breakfast was plentiful with a good choice
. We only stayed one night on our way to Scotland & our daughter & family met us there to complete the journey . What was nice was that they were able to park & use the hotel for food / drinks etc .

”Heating turned on at 20degrees but frankly when it’s minus 7 outside this was not enough.
A fan in the bathroom would be good because it’s unreasonable to expect the window to be open when freezing outside.
Shower was hard to adjust.
A manual when you arrive would be a help too
If you had 4 people in this house it would be too small.
A simple double bed in the second bedroom would provide a bit more space to move around.
Towel rail in the bathroom would be better if you could tirn it off and...
