”Excellent location with garden and parking, convenient for central London and lovely hosts.”

”GOOD LOCATION AND CLEAN”

”Renowated clean rooms and good location”

”Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult. ”4 of us stayed for a friends birthday - went for an afternoon tea at Burnham Beeches hotel which was lovely. Then returned to accommodation for an evening in. The property was really really lovely. Host was great, property was great, location great and overall lovely stay.”

”A bright, spacious, clean, comfortable & well situated/connected place to stay & travel to/from London & surrounding areas.Samuel was contactable & always responded promptly relaying any information required both courteously & professionally.”

”Very nice host. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for getting to an early flight at the airport.”

”Great location and price. However, the cleanliness of the room and bathrooms could have been bett”

It's ok inside but has had some water damage on the walls and the furniture is old so really not sure how this is a "refurbished" place. There is no coffee maker but there are cups, plates but we never cooked anything there. We were able to fit 3 teens in the living room using the pull outs. We could not get the TV to work, only...
