”A large, comfortable and beautiful room with an immaculate bathroom, in a convenient location, for the price of a much more basic brand. Usual gripe that in a family room for 4, they only give you two of everything (cups, bath towels), and that the pub is expensive (£4.20 for a soft drink, £7 for a beer etc), so the savings are offset at dinner.”

”Ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel. Malheureusement, Swindon n'est ni très jolie ni très sympa à visiter (je fréquente cette ville depuis 35 ans car j'ai de la famille ici). Le centre-ville où se trouve l'hôtel est hélas en chute libre avec beaucoup de magasins fermés depuis 10 ans.”
