”A car alarm went off every 2 hours during the night right below our room. They should have had it removed, left at 5AM as we didn’t get any sleep anyway. Mentioned it at check out and they said that was a shame, ”

”Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :(”

”This was the unforgettable stay I have tried in my multiple trips. The location wasn’t comfortable, the receptionist at first gave us the room with a hole in the shower area, fridge that was old, the room wasn’t smoked free. If I haven’t asked to give us a newer and more comfy room he won’t. Breakfast was included, but hey, even the taste of the coffee can’t be given 5stars. OveraLL, i didn’t like my stay in this hotel.”

”We checked in and checked out within 10 minutes. We could not stay here with our family. The door did not close properly, the room had holes in the walls in multiple places, the bathroom has black dirt around the tub and the floors. There was also green stuff on the rise of the roll of toilet paper. The headboard had handprints on it and there were stains on the pillow cases. The hotel unfortunately decided they would not honor a refund so I would caution anyone who considers booking here on...

”A hearty and varied breakfast. The hosts provide excellent service. They are always ready to address any issues or needs guests may have. Well-located. Quiet, yet close to various points of interest.”

”Yes, A/C was effective. Shopping closeby (walking distance) but did not have time...only an overnight stay. Everything was great except that the office doesn't open until 9 AM (needed to be on the road by 8AM) and no one answered the phone to help you. But, main problem with that was the key card was already deactivated before 8AM, which made it impossible to re-enter, unless someone let you in, so you can slide the keycard under the door of the room you stayed in. No instructions on how/where...

”The room hasn't been updated in ages. It wasn't cleaned properly, however when I spoke with management they gave me 30%back ”

”Neither Expedia nor the comfort inn gave any indication that they were in the middle of a brand refresh. So the entire first floor was under construction. No breakfast as advertised. Overall a less than mediocre's day. However, had someone informed me of those changes, my expectations would have been different.”

”No microwaves in the rooms, so there should be a community microwave on every floor. ”

”The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom.”

”The room was filthy, smelled horrible. Shower was broken, parts of the faucet in the tub just laying on the floor. Maintenance thankfully came and fixed it. That was the only positive. Phone was broken, moldy windows. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying here. ”
