Entering the hotel was very difficult, especially with luggage. One can not get close to the hotel with car, so the guests have to carry their luggage a good distance. The room was very small, inadequately equipped and had practically no cupboards or storage space. The beds were comfortable.

Rooms were nice and clean, staff were very friendly, parking is nice and easy you just need to pop your reg in on the system which does not take long! Would definitely recommend.

"A great, and very well (recently) refurbished Coaching Inn, right in the heart of Frome, with a fab breakfast and helpful friendly staff as well. Having stayed in a few "brewery chain" old coaching inns recently where the "updating" seems to involve only a coat of paint and a new shelf in the bathroom, ..."
