”Hotellin sijainti erinomainen, ystävällinen palvelu. Vaatimaton aamiainen sisältyy hintaan, loungessa hyvä palvelu ja ilmainen viini- ym pikku purtava tarjoilu iltapäivisin. Huone pieni mutta siisti. Öisin vähän kolinaa mutta ei juuri häirinnyt. Sopii erinomaisesti senioreille, jotka haluavat nauttia pienen hotellin rauhallisesta miljööstä.”

”Hotellissa on henkilökuntaa seisomassa mutta ei kertaakaan auttaneet esim oven avauksessa.
Ilmastointi huoneissa on vaikeasti säädettävä joko liian kuuma tai kylmä aina. Näkymät ikkunasta suoraan ns roskalavalle. Siivous hyvää tasoa.
Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla 200 m valoihin, mutta nyt viisastuneena ymmärsimme että kaikki maksaa monta kertaa enemmän tuolla alueella kuin 300 metriä kauempana.
Sisäänkirjautumisessa jäi henkilökortti sinne ja sitä ei saa heiltä pois, joten huolehtikaan hyvin...

”Me encantó. La localización es excelente, a una cuadra de Central Park, muy cerca de Times Square, cerca de la 5a avenida, en realidad te puedes mover muy fácilmente, hay una estación de metro muy cerca.
El staff del hotel muy amable (gracias especiales al Concierge Bob por sus explicaciones y mapas).
El cuarto de muy buen tamaño y siempre limpio. Se agradece la cafetera y el abastecimiento diario de café.
Sin duda en mi próximo viaje a NY me quedaré en este hotel
