”My family and I had the BEST time!!! Patrick was awesome. He helped with arranging any tours we wanted, pointed us on where to eat, and where to go if we needed anything. The house was unbelievable. Plenty of space for the seven of us, gorgeous views...everthing we could ask for. And the daily breakfasts were sooooo good. I can't say enough good things about Patrick and the Red Sunset. It is truly the best!!!”

”Sejour fabuleux avec des hotes aux petits soins. Tout etait parfait meme les conseils des restaurants. Pour un sejour proche du rio celeste c'est le lieu ideal et ne pas hésiter a prendre un diner sur place. Ce fut fort sympathique a un tarif tres raisonnable ”

”Endroit super tranquilleSuperbe vue sur le lac Super bien équipé, nous avons manqué de rien Endroit sécuritaire Belle piscine Hôte rapide à nous répondre Nous n’étions pas certaines si les draps avaient été lavés, mais comme la laveuse sécheuse sont disponibles, nous avons fait notre propre lavage. Comme l’endroit est près du lac et du sol, bcp de petits moustiques sont présents. Bref, nous recommandons l’endroit. ”

”Great spot to land and really get away from the majority of tourists. Local restaurants are cheaper, people are happier and it is not that far to all things Arenal. The house was great and property manager responded quickly when we had questions. Only thing is there is just one gate code, doors take a bit to get used to lock and unlock and house is 4th one on the left. But those are just minor things. ”

”The villa is just as described and the location is cool. We spent days exploring the area, late afternoons cooling off in the pool and evenings watching the sunset. The walk down to the river is easy and we spent an afternoon hanging out there and swimming in the water. As others have said, there is still a lot of construction happening on the property and when complete the place will be fantastic. For now, there are no other amenities like a restaurant or spa on site but they are building...

”Place was absolutely amazing! Could not have asked for a better space or view. Even better, Coltin is by far the best property manager we’ve ever had at a rental. Not only was he there to help with the house but he and Celeste gave great recommendations on tours and even local restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!”

”We had a great time at the property. It was immaculately clean. The view was incredible. We wish that we could have stayed a few days longer. The hot tub and the stove was not working - which would have been nice to be able to use - but not a deal breaker for us at all.”

”The property had amazing views. The best part was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and other wild life and having chef prepared breakfast :) Some reviews did mention the bugs: you're in nature; it's expected and you get used to it and they do have pest control. No AC, but they provided fans and it was comfortable. Place is MUCH larger than the pictures. Highly recommend hiring James to cook for you!! We had him prepare breakfast daily! He's amazing and it makes getting started...

”Beautiful property. We were there during a heat wave. The only AC is the attic room with 1 twin and 2 futon beds. It is a duplex, but it is huge. The garage is communal, but you have your own washer and dryer.”
