”The property is just as pictured in the listing and is beautiful. Communicating with the property manager was a bit of a challenge. They list a phone number but if you don't have a working cell phone when you land, the number is useless. They suggest communicating by WhatsApp and that is fine, as long as you have the internet, which you will not have in your vehicle. So, coordinating with the manager on arrival was a bit of a problem while in transit. The road to the property needs grading as it...

”Amazing. The cabana is beautiful! It’s brand new and very comfortable. It has three walk out decks, and a one whole side of the cabana is huge windows that open to make the space open air. ”We loved the Paradis Peak villa! Steve and Nancy were wonderful hosts and gave several suggestions on activities available in their area. Loved our visits with the Rottie girls as well, they were a real treat. I would recommend contacting host for better directions than google maps. Roads can be a bit challenging. And did i mention the bird watching! Awesome!!!”

Jimmy house manager was right on any issues! Mercedes and her crew kept us cleaned up and the pool guy was great! We used the recommended Chef for 3 nights, very good and very reasonable. We did rent the golf cars to get around town and to the restaurants and grocery. Sure beat the price of rental car we didn’t need, all our tours pick us up...

”This is definitely NOT a bar-hopping beach/shopping spring break destination. It's not on a beach. It's located 2-3 hours by car from San Juan International Airport. It's a 30 minute plus ride to a beach and the nearest sizable town on a combination gravel and blacktop country roads that wind through bannaa and coconut plantations and up the mountain. But when you get to the end of that road you are in for a treat! The views are stunning, The house itself is beautiful and perfectly maintained....

”Our stay at Playa Langosta exceeded all our expectations! I would highly recommend this property. The property manager was very friendly and very responsive to all our questions. They helped us arrange a rental car and a snorkeling excursion. The condo was exceptionally clean with very nice amenities. The rooftop patio was sublime.
