Important: In order to ensure the most transparent communication possible, we would like to point out that work is being carried out in the building, which may cause noise.

To ensure everything goes well, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and warnings:



The concierge is not authorized to store guests' luggage, however, if you wish, you can leave your bags here at our agency.



No noise is allowed after 10pm (Silence Law).



The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.



Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags.



Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes.



When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit.



Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.



For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.



Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of your stay and are not replenished.



All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
