”Everything was good! Walking distance to beach was good 👍 ”

”The property was clean and just the right size for a family of four. We brought an air mattress for the kids to sleep on in the living room. There is no dishwasher, but there was a full sized washer and dryer. The kitchen had a microwave, toaster,and coffee maker. Just the right size for family meals. On check in there is a $90.00 administration fee for pool access. Lots of kids around at the pool. Long Island Village is easy to access from Port Isabel from the swing bridge. We recommend Dirty...

”The unit was perfect to use as a home base for SpaceX Starship launch and South Padre Island activities. You do have to pay the recreation fee for the facilities, but it's a nice community. If you use this for Starship launch viewing, you'll need to venture out to find a good view of the launch pad, but short walks can get you there.”

”Family had a great time fishing and relaxing! Spent very much needed family time! Would definitely rent again in the future!”

”A comfortable cottage with all the amenities, it even had a dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed if we abated to cook (which wasn’t often ). Andrea managed the place and she made sure we had everything we needed, very nice!!”

”We had a wonderful visit at the Kingfish Cottage! Yes this is an older home vs some of the newer homes, but the walk to the beach is perfect, the home is spacious and perfect for a family or group, and overall we had an amazing Labor Day weekend! Highly recommend!!”
