”The river set up has lots of potential. The property had not been mowed/weedeated (probably from the recent rain), and my son stepped out of the truck in the parking area into a bed of fire ants. All beds and the one TV are upstairs. You share the property with another unit that is is pretty close proximity. I thought the cost for a one night stay was quite high after visiting. ”

”They provided practically everything in the kitchen except food. The bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and a small cooler is provided for keeping drinks cold during day trips. The beds were comfortable, and ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms.”

The couches and beds were very comfortable. But the house is showing its age and could use a little TLC. The lighting is insufficient IMO - especially on dark rainy days. There was no way to make ice. No blackout curtains. Cracked floor tiles and there is no decor to speak of. The neighborhood seems safe and is very...
