”Our stay at Parc Royale was exceptional. The recent renovations truly shine with the white and blue modern esthetics blending beautifully with the traditional charm of Cuenca. Every detail of the hotel is simply gorgeous. The service was exceptional and the hotel team’s white glove service made us feel incredibly special. ”
”Hotel Azul is in the most historic part of downtown across from lovely Plaza de San Sebastián. If you tell a taxis driver “Plaza de San Sebastián,” that’s all they need to know. Not a lot of traffic on this street but taxis on streets above & below. We stayed 9 nights in this small modest hotel and loved it. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Everything downtown is in easy walking distance & there’s lots to see. First floor is one flight up, but luggage assistance is available. ”

Other things in hotel are that there were thin walls and all noise was heard from outside and also from hotel lobby and restaurant until late evening.”
”The service was great at the lobby and concierge. The restaurant staff could have been a bit friendlier and alert. But otherwise great hotel, great location.
Keep in mind the hotel is older so the floors creak a ton while walking. ”
