Riomaggiore - Cinque Terre - talo terassilla satamassa

Lumoava kalastajan talo, josta on näkymät Riomaggioren satamaan, remontoitu hiljattain erittäin huolellisesti materiaalien ja viimeistelyn valinnassa, joka sijaitsee muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta ja helposti rautatieasemalta.



Talo on kolmella tasolla ja unohdetaan yksinomainen antiikin kylä "Marina". Se on itsenäinen pääsy ja sisätilat säilyttävät tyypillisen rakenteen antiikin talojen Cinque Terre. Huolellisesti valittujen huonekalujen mukana on täydellinen varustus kaikista mukavuuksista ja laitteista. Toisella tasolla keittiö on: jääkaappi, pesukone, astianpesukone, liesi, sähköuuni, mikroaaltouuni, Nespresso-kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin ja leivänpaahdin. Olohuoneessa on vuodesohva ja pääsy terassille, joka tarjoaa upean panoraaman nauttia miellyttävistä aamiaisista, lounaista tai illallisia ulkona. Kolmannella tasolla makuutila koostuu makuuhuoneesta, jossa on parivuode ja käytävällä varustettu yhden hengen vuode. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on suuri kylpyhuone, jossa on näkyvä kivi, jossa on tilava suihku ja viehättävä kivirakenteinen huone, jossa on vaatekaappi vieraille.



Ystäväni Roberto huolehtii vastaanotosta ja avusta. Se on käytettävissä niille, jotka sitä pyytävät etukäteen matkatavaraliikennepalvelusta rautatieasemalta, parkkipaikalta tai veneiden laiturista viiden euron kultakin matkatavaralta, joka maksetaan paikan päällä sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä.

Beautiful place in Riomaggiore with ocean views from the terrace. Has all amenities needed, but be careful if you don't walk or climb stairs well...there are stairs up to the bedroom and down to the bathroom from the main level (kitchen and living room). Everything was clean and well thought of. Shutters in the bedroom blocked out the light in the morning, but couldn't block out the sound of bells every hour and one bell on the half hour!

Excellent!!! Best location overlooking the sea and easiest location to get to from the train station (short walk and very few stairs). It is a perfect unit for a couple, or people needing separate sleeping areas. Beautiful unit, nicely decorated, great bathroom and shower. We LOVED our stay. Sara is a great host, very quick to respond. Espresso machine with pods and Sara left us nice snacks and a bottle of wine, too. A really wonderful place to stay.

Sara was an amazing host - the check-in process was extremely smooth and she even sent a video to show us how to get from the train station to the apartment.The apartment was well decorated and very comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. The kitchen was great to cook in, and the beds were comfortable as well.Riomaggiore is a great jumping off point to hike the five towns. The apartment is right on the main street. We’re all the restaurants and shops are. I highly recommend staying at the apartment if you’re headed towards Cinque Terre!

Our stay at Sara’s place in Cinque Terre was incredible. She welcomed us warmly and even made us a dinner reservation for our first night. The home was full of charm and in a perfect location to explore the area. This was easily our favorite stay of the trip. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

Terrace beauty.

The town was essential Cinque Terre and Sara's apartment was nicely detailed. Large modern bathroom. Great personal deck. Kitchen has everything we needed. We chose a bad time to stay due to Spring break. We left waterfront to get away from tours and parties. it was quiet and gorgeuos views from just out of town. nice to come home to Sara's apartment

Charming Location on the Marina

Great location next to the marina and the heart of the town. The host left us snacks and drinks upon arrival, which was appreciated. The patio was amazing - we spent a lot of time there talking with drinks - morning and evening. Communication was great. We would definitely recommend if you're staying in Riomaggiore.

Great property with a view

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to get to with minimal stairs from the train station. It was really nice having the patio with a view of the sea. The place has a wonderful aesthetic that really suits the property. There are tight stairs up to the bedroom level so we opted to leave our luggage in the front room. Wasn't an issue for us. The washroom is also down stairs. So if you have to get up in the middle of the night there are quite a few steps (2 lvls). The trade off is it is a very large bathroom/shower which was nice to have.

Highlight of our trip to Italy was this gem of an apartment. Recently renovated, stylishly decorated, balcony with view of the water and town. Sara, our host went way out of her way with all the extras with a video to find our way from the train station, dinner reservations nearby the first night, homemade wine and snacks to enjoy, wow!! Riomaggiore is the most beautiful and accessible of the 5 cities and is full of super nice people, great restaurants, shopping and beautiful hikes. We will surely return and highly recommend this location!! My only caution is for those with mobility needs - there’s a lot of steep stairs inside the apartment and outside all over Riomaggiore and all five Cinque Terre cities. I could not have taken my mother for example, though the elderly ladies who live here surely are in amazing shape.

Beautiful!

Sara's place was absolutely beautiful. Riomaggiore is as lovely in person as it is in the pictures. Sara's place was clean and comfortable and she was very responsive to messages and made us feel very welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at her place again.

Beautiful location and nice interior. Lots of stairs, bathroom on the bottom floor and bedroom on the top. Very clean and bright. Host is kind and helpful. Wonderful totem and nice to stay after the tourist leave.

Charming Chic

Sara’s home is perfect. It is elegant, and chic and cozy. Well equipped with tasteful housewares and appliances. I am a designer, and will forever dream about those ocean waves tiles in the living room/dining room, that lead you out to the balcony that looks out to the sea. Sara had wine (from her family’s vineyard), and snacks waiting for us. Roberto (the Sherpa of Riomaggiore) met us at the train, handled all of our bags and showed around the house. He was amazing. The house is easy to get to, but for the trip in, I highly recommend the very small fee to have Roberto handle your bags. There is some climbing up and down from the train. When you leave, it much easier to get to the train. I went with two girlfriends (we grew up together), and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. #magical

Perfect Stay!

First of all I think some might be turned off by the amount of steps in the unit. It is set up where you walk in to the entry door and can go down a flight to the bathroom, or up a flight to main level. Then a flight of spiral stairs to the bedrooms. To that I say, just give it a chance because you are in the Cinque Terre where you are never really on flat ground so you will be used to many hills and stairs no matter where you go. I say it is part of the charm. Other than that I say this VRBO not only meets all expectations but far exceeds them. It was imacculately clean. The decor is even better than the pictures, and the patio that overlooks the marina is spectacular. You really feel like you are part of the community sitting out there with a nice bottle of wine or a meal. Watching the sunset was perfect. There was a nice VERY good bottle of wine and some snacks waiting for us on check-in. Getting to the VRBO was interesting in a good way. Roberto sent us videos of him walking from the train all the way to the front door which was VERY helpful. The cool part about walking there is you walk from the train through a tunnel, then up a slight hill through a walkway between resturaunts outdoor seating, then through a schoolyard/courtyard that overlooks the sea on one side and the city streets on the other. Both provide built-in photo ops! All in all perfect far too short of a stay! Will be back!

Beautiful Property

This is a great place to call home during your stay in the Cinque Terre. We found Riomaggiore (and Vernazza) to be the best places to call home in terms of size and comfort. Our host had a bottle of wine waiting and had booked us amazing dinner reservations at the hard to get Rio Bistrot. It was a little hard to get a time to meet Roberto to get in the place- we could not call him for some reason- the phone was not working but through the host we got it worked out. Make sure you set that up specifically with him in advance of arriving.

We stayed here for four nights in September and absolutely loved it! Big, modern, well-decorated, large balcony with a great view of the harbour and water. Air-conditioning kept the whole place nice and cool. The photos in the listing do not do this place justice! We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect place in Riomaggiore

Communicating with Sara from the start was great. Our train was late but she had someone there to greet us and go over her home within minutes. The space is gorgeous. Lots of windows to the let the fresh Mediterranean Sea air in with a patio which easily seats the 4 of us for drinks and card games. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need if you wanted to stay in and cook. We discovered some amazing restaurants within 5 minutes walk . If you have difficulty with stairs, you may have some challenges but I think that goes for anywhere in Cinque Terre. This place will be the top of our list next time we go to Italy. Thank you for everything Sara!

Amazing location in Riomaggiore

Highly recommend this accomodation in beautiful Riomaggiore. Located just off the marina & close to the beach this is one of the easier accessed accomodation from the train. Great for family or friends. Host was fabulous, tastefully decorated & appointed - left us wanting for nothing. Highly recommend .
