This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. Asked for refund and Karen at front desk started being very rude, finally got ahold of the manager and he was very nice and refunded our money. We did not stay even an hour. ”

”The room was nice, except the bathtub was filthy. The man at the check in desk was very friendly and accommodating. They are apparently in the middle of remodeling, and the rooms are much nicer than the rest of the building. The hallways were very loud and dingy, and there was a person lying on the floor in the middle of the hallway at 11:30 pm when we checked in after a concert.”

”I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi and that kind of made my stay a little uncomfortable considering I brought my electronics, but the room was extremely clean a nice size kitchen and an immaculate bathroom parking was great. On the other hand: The wall thermostat was broken (or never was operational) so we had a floor unit beside the window that sounded like a propeller forcing air from the far end of the room.
