Good hotel with an awesome private park
Very good experience. Breakfast was excellent, despite the COVID-19 arrangements (which were understandable). Got some masks and hand disinfectant as welcome present. There was an amazing park as part of the hotel with direct access to the beach (beware of bikers though!).

Impressed
The location is perfect and the hotel is very nice and well kept. The park around the hotel is lovely and spacious. They show a great quality in almost everything they do. The staff are friendly and helpful, but sometimes a little timid and too passively waiting for the customer to make the first move (i.e. asking for coffee in the breakfast, recommending wine on the dinner). We really enjoyed our stay and will definetely visit again.

Hotel with a touch of luxury
A perfect hotel for a holiday with a bit of a luxury. The location is perfect and the large garden with pool area is astonishing.

Kaunis takapihalla, lähellä ostaria
Hotellissa on ison hotellin tuntu, siisti, kaunis sisäpiha, järven rannalla, kävelymatka keskustasta, ostoskeskusta vastapäätä, kaikki kohdillaan. Olimme hyvin pelkistetyssä, mutta siistissä, päivitetyssä bungalowissa. Oli kaikki tarvittava kikkailun. Jos kaipaa sisustuselementtejä, niitä ei ole. Ongelma oli erittäin vahva kemikaalin haju ja siitä ei hyvää seurannut. Hotellissa oli menoa ja musiikki pauhasi, mutta ei kuulunut bungalowiin, joka eristi muutenkin hyvin. Ihan kiva kaiken kaikkiaan.

Stunning views in the heart of the mountains
One week's family holiday in the end of July -great value for the money. The atmosphere in the hotel area is fascinating; the lake is behind the gate and the mountains seem to be very close. The garden itself is large and extremely beautiful with two great pool areas and many additional areas to place the sunbeds. The pools are big (25 meters I guess) and there's also a separate pool for toddlers & kids. Other guests and the hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good even though there were not much warm dishes available. A small supermarket exists on the opposite side of the street but there's also an easy access to the shops in Torbole (by car). For the fans of the Italian icecream, the "Gelateria Flora" is just 2 minutes walk away (top ranked by us & Tripadvisor :) ).

The whole resort was first class, staff were friendly, breakfast provided was excellent. The rooms were as described with perfect daily cleaning. The garden areas were immaculate, the mix of palm trees and conifers was just right, giving a picturesque view throughout. The location was ideal for an amount of local facilities and a fair walk into the centre. Would highly recommend.

The property is set in the most beautiful setting of lush tree and ponds and extremely well kept - truly stunning. Excellent breakfast. States buffet but waiting staff take orders for hot food so no queuing at the omlette station etc which is huge plus. My only gripe was the hotel allowing dogs literally everywhere and some where not very well behaved - witnessed constant yapping of one dog which is was also staying near our room so could be heard early in the mornings. Probably would deter me from booking here again despite everything being spot on. Unfortunately we are not all dog lovers and there was an awful lot there at the time of our stay. Also slightly disappointed that the hotel closes for the winter so I’d expect once opened that all facilities would open but this wasn’t the case. The bike hire facility wasn’t open, the outdoor pools were not open and the sun terrace above the indoor pool also wasn’t open.

This place was perfect, great location, beautiful surroundings and always a warm greeting from all the staff each day. We had breakfast only as we wanted to explore the lovely area around Lake Garda. The breakfast options were plentiful. We will be back!

We stayed for a week in December, the hotel was busy at the weekend when we arrived but was quieter during the week. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice buffet style also cooked options available ie eggs, bacon etc. The waiters were very efficient and would bring anything you required. The gardens and outdoor patio area are very nice for relaxing in the evening and the bar was also very good and open each evening.

Hotel bellissimo, pulizia eccellente,.personale gentile e disponibile. Unico inconveniente il fatto che nonostante avessimo concordato una breakfast bag ricevendo assicurazione dal personale alla reception,atteso che saremmo partiti in anticipo e quindi avremmo saltato la prima colazione, al momento della partenza si erano dimenticati di prepararla e non è stato possibile usufruirne.

Simply bad
I can't believe we pay this price for the quality we got. It is overly commercial, just a money-machine resort with bad services and food. The outside of the resort is nice but that's the only positive. Extremely loud in the evening during summer, couldn't sleep... I would recommend to stay away.

Zimmer sind etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber sehr großzügig und sauber. Beanstandungen auf Grund einer Baustelle vor dem Balkon, wurden ernst genommen und sich um ein anderes Zimmer bemüht. Die Küche ist hervorragend. Der Service im Restaurant sehr gut, aber Achtung versteckte Kosten.

Die Pools, die das Aushängeschild des Hauses sind, waren geschlossen und durften nicht genutzt werden, echt schade!!!!!!! Es war morgens ab 6:00 Uhr im Aussenbereich so laut, durch Anlieferungen im Housekeepingbereich und lautstarke, anhaltende Gespräche der Mitarbeitenden im Gartenbereich, dass es für zwei Stunden sehr laut war. Das war sehr unpassend für so ein renommiertes Haus. Alle waren höflich, zuvorkommend und sehr gastorientiert.

Amazing resort. Beautiful place!
This looked like the biggest and best resort in Lake Garda. However, the pictures shown in hotels.com were different from the room we actually got. The resort has access to the waking area. Lots of kids and dogs. We had a lot of fun.

Superb location for exploring the South Tyrol and Lake Garda itself. The hotel is very comfortable and we appreciated the warm welcome, good sized room and excellent bistro menu.

The hotel is located on a perfect location with beautiful gardens outside, pools and lots of green areas to hangout. The main drawback in my opinions are the rooms which are a bit old and far from the main entrance (in my experience). The breakfast is great and there are a lot of parking places but the rooms need a re design to make islt a very good hotel.

Is a very nice hotel in a beautiful location. The grounds are well maintained with a pool and swimming also available in the lake. Breakfast was excellent and the room was well designed with a very comfortable bed and nice shower. We had a room with a view on the park and the lake - very nice! Parking was very convenient with easy in-out access for traveling to other sights around Lake Garda (hotel also a short walk to town for boat tours)
