Excellent hotel & spa!
Excellent stay! Superb service & food and perfect location with 5 min walk to the Riva center. Free parking and live music in the restaurant several night a week. Thank You, Marcus! Spa is also worth mentioning: excellent saunas & pools. I have been around the World, and will definetly be back to Lido Palace. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in Riva del Garda
This is one of the greatest hotel I have stayed from every points. The design is really well done by combining historic and modern design. Hotel staff knows well their roles. Breakfast was excellent every morning. The restaurant and spa exceeded our expectations. I definitely want to stay here again next time in Riva del Garda

Bel hôtel près du lac
Nous avons rencontré des problèmes de chauffage qui ont duré un certain temps avant d’être résolus par un changement de chambre. L’hôtel est superbe,bien situé et très moderne. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié, mais un peu décevant car certaines prestations comme les crêpes sont payantes, ce qui n’est pas le cas dans l’ hôtel voisin . Il manque une bouilloire dans la chambre.

Hardly value for money
Sadly, the owners have renovated sections of this lovely old building with rusted sheet steel. The entry gate in particular looks as though it leads to a scrap yard. The room was excellent and the staff were fine, but the price of meals is exorbitant (Two small courses and one bottle of wine £150) Only to be recommended to those with more money than sense.

I am sorry that some of your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. However what you have defined "rusted sheet steel" in reality is Corten which is considered a prestigious and design material. The entrance is momentarily impacted by a very ambitious project that will enhance the entire destination hower in no way generates discomfort since it is out of our Property. Great hotel, but maybe not worth the price
The overall hotel is very nice and luxurious. Check-in, rooms, the garden etc. was five star. But I have to criticise that some parts of the service, notably during dinner, were not standard for a five star hotel. Considering the price, I would have expected more.

Luxury at the Palace
Fantastic stay at the Lido Palace. Luxury from the moment go into the gates until the moment you check out. Excellent location for Riva and the pool area is very peaceful. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel exceptional.

amazing place by the lake
Awesome stay, a stunning place with amazing staff (Michele). Book a room on the second floor with a balcony and lake view, it has the best ambience. The restaurant has MAGNIFICENT food, we could eat there all day. The only downside is the choice of food at breakfast, the selection is limited. Also a very big plus for adhering to all the covid regulations, this made me feel safe.

Best hotel in the region?
Great hotel, great location, walking distance to Riva del Garda and to the beach. Nice inside and outside pool. The jacuzzi was a bit cold and not very useful but everything else was amazing. Free valet parking.

Not as good as hoped for.
We were an hour early and our room wasn't ready so we had a drink and a meal at the bistro. Wonderful view food and wine. Our room was not the lake view but partial. I expected a heated towel rail and the bath was a bit grubby around the plug hole. The room creaks and groans and it isn't as sound proof as expected. We could here the children in the room next door. The pool was quite busy and it was difficult to find somewhere to place our belongings. Small children squealing made the relaxation at the pool difficult. Their parents were oblivious to the disturbance they created. Other families had well behaved children who made no impact on the enjoyment of others. Considering the price of accommodation here and that children are free the parents should be much more mindful of disturbances of other guests. Overall the best part was the restaurant and the restaurant staff. That was faultless. The room was not the luxury I expected. I have had much better in better locations for less cost.

Buongiorno signor Salvatore e grazie per le belle parole spese a descrivere la sua esperienza al Lido Palace. Siamo felici di essere stati in grado di offrirle un soggiorno eccellente. In particolar modo ci fa molto piacere che abbia apprezzato l'alta qualità della nostra CXI Spa che dispiega i suoi servizi in 1.500 mq. Gentile Ospite, grazie del tempo che ci ha dedicato nel farci avere il suo giudizio sul soggiorno al Lido Palace. Ci fa piacere leggere che l'ambiente che abbiamo creato dopo una completa ristrutturazione sia stato apprezzato così come il parco che lo circonda. La ringrazio anche della nota sul rapporto qualità prezzo del nostro ristorante, per noi sarà motivo di valutazione. Amazing stay made special by the staff and surroundings. We were offered a complementary upgrade on arrival to a huge suit. There was fizz and a handwritten note from the manager on arrival to the room with birthday regards. Everyone was friendly and went above and beyond. The location was amazing. Will return.

Great hotel, fantastic location and views
Great modern hotel, with stunning views over the lake. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Service was impeccable, with a great restaurant and breakfast.
