Buongiorno! Thank you for your review. I am sorry to read your opinion after all the efforts we made to astisfay your need. You booked 2 rooms for 4 people and one of this was a economy room where we can house max 2 people as we informed. Despite that you arrived he day after the booking in 5 people pretending to have a third bed in the economy room and pretending to have a different room. We have to change all the day arrival for satsfy your needs and, we are an ADULTS ONLY hotel we require ONLY € 60.00 per night for extra bed. I think is more than reasonable and I am so sorry you did not apreciate all we made for you.A 7 yeard old child is not a baby and has to be booked as a person in the right room category! Buongiorno! Thank you for spending your precious time in writing a review. So sorry for your comment about food. You can not like it but I can assure the quality is very hight with fresh products, most seasonable and from the territory! Most of our guests enjy our cuisine even with nice weather! Anyway we respect your comment even if anonymous and we hope to welcome you sometimes in the future!

Buongiorno and thank you for spending your precious time leaving this review. I am sorry you did not like to style of our rooms: this is your opinion and we respect it even if is not so nice. The pool is open all day but luckly for you early in the Mornign or late in the evening is closed because we have to clean it and make all the daily checks.
