”Stay was great except for some people staying in a room down the way. They acted like the parking lot was theirs and were rude when a family parks in front of their room. Mind you parking spaces are assigned and one space per room. They had their crap strewn across three parking spaces. I could have said something to the host but was there just two day. Had I been staying longer I would have said something.”

”Started messaging host in January in app for a March stay. Never received a response. VRBO provided the host cell number who immediately started asking me about my payment. Could never answer any property specific questions. The day of check in, no check in instructions were provided and the host did not respond to the contacts made to them by VRBO. My trip was cancelled and refunded by VRBO. ”
