”This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in, we checked out faster than we checked in, everything was filthy from the first step into the building, the furniture was broken and dirty, the carpet was stained all over, the floors were sticky and the whole place smelled awful, I could keep going but the list would never end. DO NOT STAY HERE, RUN FAR AWAY!”

”I booked thru expedia. It said they had breakfast and a pool. They had neither. When we arrived a lady was asking for a refund. Our door wouldn't shut, no smoke detector in the room. Ice box didn't work. No light in coffee area . Our trash was not emptied the whole time we was there three days two nights bed not made. The light in the area where the sleeper couch was (the main one for the room) wouldn't go off with the switch by the door. Maintenance came. I was told there was a short in the...

”Noise from other guests was bothersome coming and going after midnight. Doors slamming at times. AC was nice and cool. Stove, fridge, bathroom nice and clean. Bed was fair+ comfort for sleeping. TV had good programming choices.”

”The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-(”

”These rooms are huge! Plenty of space to spread out, sofas, chairs etc... I like the courtyard with the natural light as well.”

”The room was clean. We thought it was strange we didn't have a microwave. But that was basically the only thing we noticed. Nice stay bed was comfortable.”

”When we arrived the clerk seemed confused and hostile. When we got in the room the toilet was running constantly and loudly. When we asked for a new room, even though the place was only half full, he was hesitant to give us a new room, but eventually he did. When we went to shower in the new room, which had a filthy bathroom, the towels literally stank horribly and were dirty and moldy, and when we went to get clean towels the two people working there became very angry and refused to give us...

”Excellent for.business folks, not families. No meal service-just frozen or snacks. Set TV volume at top (79) - couldn’t hear clearly. Reported Day 1 & not fixed 4 days later at checkout. Bar wat staff stood outdoors on a phone instead of taking our orders, so made popcorn & one frozen dinner. Great city to visit or do business, but suggest not Aloft for families. Just sleep here & eat somewhere else”

”Property is severely dated, needs updating. Loud guests, cops were there last night. Continental breakfast was terrible. Biscuits were very hard. Sausage patties were very over cooked. Juice machine out of apple and cranberry juice.”
