”We were visiting Chicago area and location of this hotel was great. Very close to Ronald Reagan toll road. Some restaurants and Super Target were also very close to this hotel. Breakfast was also quite ok.”
”The aircon was surprisingly loud - it worked well but I had to turn it off for the night. The bed was good, and it was nice to be able to have coffee both in the room and in the lobby. Breakfast was good, only negative thing was that they used plastic utensils and cardboard plates, which to me is not very environmentally friendly. The staff was excellent and very friendly. The free wifi worked very well.”
”Love the modern decor, love the clean spacious room, love the closeness to the highway, restaurants and shopping. But what I love the most is the friendly staff, the activity handwritten suggestion wall and the billiard right beside a beautiful hand painted wall of Naperville. Tru was truly the best overall hotel experience my family and I had during our long US roadtrip, 5 st🌟rs all the way!!!”

”The room is very damped, smell wet. The carpet, wall, bathroom, overall looks really outdated. Probably not going to stay here again anytime soon.
Great breakfast though. ”
